Costco Refrigerator Warranty

Can anyone offer advice how to deal with Costco Warranty service?

It's been 4 weeks since our Samsung refrigerator stopped cooling. Every time I call Costco warranty service I get the same excuse: "We escalated your ticket to the highest level"

Costco offers 2nd year warranty extension. We also purchased All-state warranty, but it only kicks in after 2 years.

Any advice is appreciated!

They do not provide an estimate. They are just saying "Our higher ups are working on it". Supervisor is never available.

Email Costco regular customer service

I don't think they offer email customer service. I tried to contact via chat. They referred me back to Costco concierge support

Costco has 90 days return policy on appliances. We had the refrigerator for 1 year and 2 month.

Today, I was told by Costco concierge that it may take 60 days for Samsung to fix or replace the unit.
