Was he shot before the officer got up when we could not see the gun? That would seem to indicate he could have been grabbing the gun.

Video isn’t enough, but for me if a cop (or victim) intentionally escalates a calm situation they should be liable for the consequences that arise. The guy was literally sitting in his car with his mom and her boyfriend, and was not a threat at all until they tossed him out of the car and made him into an alleged threat.

There are a thousand better ways they could’ve handled the situation but they chose to escalate both verbally and physically to satisfy their urge to bully others and feel powerful.

Watched it again and you are right. They had every right to pull him out at that point.

I didn't read the whole story, but judging from the headline and lede - this is standard from the FBI. They tried to "infiltrate" Muslim communities only to have their agents be reported to the FBI on multiple occasions.
