Looking for tips on Kosher gluten-free food products/diet options

After searching amazon I found the following options for flour/bread/cake/pasta/cookies

•   Canyon Bakehouse (makes bread bagels – “circle V” hechsher
•   “Katz gluten free” OU -  bread, donuts
•   Glutino – OU – cookies, pretzels, crackers
•   Tate's Bake Shop Gluten Free – cookies - OU-D
•   Absolutely Gluten Free Crackers . cookies – Whole foods OU-pareve
•   Jovial Grain-Free rice-based-pasta, crackers, flour OK
•   Barilla – gluten free pasta
•   ZENB Gluten Free pasta (yellow peas) some (e.g. Spaghetti) are OU
•   King Arthur Gluten Free Measure for Measure Flour / pancake mix / brownie mix
•   Enjoy Life (cookie’s/snack Bars) some are under CRC.
•   MadeGood – Granola / Cookies / crackers
•   GF Harvest Gluten Free  - pancake mix / Rolled Oats / certified GF oatmeal
•   Tolerant Organic – Pasta – OU (from lentils or Chickpeas)
•   Rories Gluten Free Oat Dough Mix (Heimishe hechsher)
•   Blends by Orly Gluten Free – bread/cake/muffin/pancake flour/mix

I also found https://theglutenfreeshoppe.com/ which appears to carry only kosher products

Please advise of your experience with these products and/or other kosher GF specialty stores/bakeries/restaurants/recipes/resources (and/or deals! this stuff is pretty expensive).

-Katz has a heimishe hescher also IINM
-Bfree- hescher: KLBD, makes delicious baguettes and pita. They have more products as well, but haven't tried them
-Ancient Harvest: Star K, Pasta made from organic brown rice, quinoa, and corn
-Gratify: heimish hescher (I think from Israel) has crackers and pretzels in different shapes and flavors
-The Gluten Free Shoppe is owned by a chassidish fellow. They have stores in Lakewood and Boro Park.

Located in the US, I assume?
Two randomnesses on the subject:
1. Osem's gluten-free pretzels that they make all year taste like regular pretzels, but stale. (Really!) However, they make a special run for Pesach with Rav Charlop's hechsher and containing kitnius, but exactly half of the varieties have a Badatz for the rest of the year. Those are stupendously good. However, I never tasted Gratify products because sesame gives me indigestion. (I know, how do I live in Israel with that!?)
2. Primary difference between good and, well, less good hechsherim on gluten-free pasta is if the hechsher is makpid on bishul akum. The brand with COR (I think this is the classic, name-brand GF pasta, but I could be wrong) is still raw. Many of the cheaper ones are cooked and the hechsher says there is no bishul akum problem because it is not oleh al shulchan melachim. That may have been true in the past but I don't believe the White House / Buckingham Palaca serves Pad Thai with wheat noodles.

Interestingly, I was just looking to get something for someone I know who doesn't eat gluten.

Are there any Kosher brands of chocholate that are gluten free? Can I assume a milk chocolate bar that is Kosher Le'pesach is gluten free, or does it not work like that?

At the OU site https://oukosher.org/product-search/ you can search for certified products that are gluten free (check that box)

searching for "gluten" (assuming many gluten-free products will include 'gluten free' in the label) they had over 1400 products.
searching for "pasta" they had over 200 results.
searching for "cookies" they had over 200 results.
searching for "flour" they had over 100 results.
searching for "cake" they had almost 100 results.
searching for "brownie" they had over 50 results.
searching for "bread" they had almost 40 results.

Are there any Kosher brands of chocholate that are gluten free? Can I assume a milk chocolate bar that is Kosher Le'pesach is gluten free, or does it not work like that?

My understanding is that
--if it's kosher l'pesach (and not gebrochts), it must be gluten free (GF). In fact those on GF diet often load up on kosher l'pesach goods for year-round use.
--However GF does not necessarily mean kosher l'pesach because GF can be chometz (oats can become chometz, but don't have gluten) or kitniyos (corn or rice which are kitniyos but don't have gluten).

Chocolate (which does not contain mezonos - i.e. which has no cracker/wafer inside) would often (but not always) be GF. For example many non-mezonos Hershey's chocolate products are gluten free (Reese's, Hershey kisses, Heath, M&Ms, Milk Duds, Payday, Rolo, Skor, York, Mounds, Hershey chocolate bars, Hershey chocolate bars with almonds etc) See https://www.hersheyland.com/products?page=3&dietaryNeeds=Gluten%20free

There seem to be an fair amount of kosher GF commercial products that mimic traditional mezonos/hamotzi products (at least for those who eat cholov-stam). It's the 'very-good-to-great' tasting ones that require some searching to find (and often at double the price).

It's that time of year. Reminder to stock up for those who need.
