Chase continental card

I am coming to the end of the year on my Continental card, what are my different options i can do?
Will closing my account hurt my credit?
Can i downgrade to a different card?

If you do end up closing the account, be sure to move over your credit line to one of your existing accounts.

You can try getting them to waive the fee for another year. and They might through in some miles too.
