I know some people with non jewish nannies, it is curious to know the halachic problems that may come up with having a non jewish nanny. I doubt you can find too many jewish woman that are full time nannies. what are your thoughts?

You're asking in general? Because the subject of the article is not relevant to the vast majority of people who have a non Jewish nanny.

In my humble opinion, non-Jewish nannies are much more effective then missionaries.
While a missionary would come straight out pushing ideas that are anti Jewish, which may lead to pushback from the child, a non-Jewish nanny will slowly destroy the child with ideas and Hashkofos that are anti-Torah. And Walla! 5 years later the child will think and talk like a non-Jew!
