Anyone else have issues with their earpiece (top speaker)?

DW's stopped working a couple of days ago. Took it in, the earpiece was replaced, didn't fix the issue. Now it's works randomly, certain calls/voice notes it will work, others it won't.

Did find a few cases of this online, but no one with a solution.
