What's with chilov yisroel milks short shelf life lately?

My vote is the grocery. I’ve had consistent issues with freshness of POTF milk from a certain store.

CLE might still be the best place on earth to live in but this definitely seems to be a grocery issue.

I'm finding this with all groceries. It was always a problem, a few months ago it got better and now it's a problem again. And to the people writing bec the groceries don't put it in the fridge right away, that makes sense in the summer but how would that be a problem in this weather?

There's a process from when something is manufactured until it gets into your shopping cart. There are many points in the process where things can go wrong, from packaging the product when it's too hot, to improper transport or storage.

Chalav Yisrael needs to be watched by a Yid from the start, so being in the constant presence of such intense varmkeit throughout the process it is no surprise the milk goes sour quicker

I grew up out of town and we consistently got spoiled CY milk. It could be the shipping is taking time and it goes bad...
