She's almost definitely incorrect about that. This wasn't a random hate rant - it was certainly targeted towards the specific person or was communicated too, and wouldn't have been any more positive had it been a male. If anything, it would've been harsher.
I did look through her Facebook page, and to me, I didn't see someone focused on the Jewish communities in the area she covers, or a hateful and negative person in general. Most of the stories were nice benign stories of kids being pulled out of trees or dogs being rescued or nice holiday decoration displays. She also had positive coverage of KJ and Hasidic responders.
She did come digging for a negative scoop here, which both her and the person who accosted her were aware of. I wouldn't call him a misogynist or her an anti Semite, from what I can see (obviously, I have a very limited perspective and don't have any background knowledge of either of them or the stories in question). Just two humans, who may have been irate with each other, but didn't commit any crimes in expressing their displeasure.
