Learning program for adults incentive

What time is this learning program? Is it current “Yeshiva kollel” guys? “Past but still Yeshiva kollel” guys? Mainstream bala batim? Midlife crises guys? Is a chaveusa encouraged or doesn’t matter?

pushing up time this week, 7:15-8:15. All of the above, big mix of guys but generally younger crowd as anyone with older kids is pretty tied up at that time

I run a motzei shabbos kollel for guys to come and learn a Seder after shabbos when it's otherwise hard to make it out of the house. We try to make an enjoyable environment for the guys to learn with some pizza, sushi, fresh brewed coffee, etc... I try to make a raffle at the end for a nice prize of some sort as there is no stipend otherwise. So far we've raffled airpod pros, Nespresso machine, Glenfiddich 21 grand reserve, remote car starter, $300 to a steakhouse....
Looking for other prize ideas you might have (sponsorships available too )

They sell them at all price ranges. Based on the price range of the other prices, I would think you can find something white nice.

Maybe make the start time a little later to accommodate the fathers who need to learn with their boys at avos ubonim. I’m pretty sure last year it overlapped.

yes that is a good point although most of the guys who came last year were younger and didn't have kids old enough. We figured that we would lose more guys if we did it later as it would cut into their schedule for the evening
