Savings of about 50 shekel off chain-store price in EY (after the $26 shipping fee). But seems like too much of an outlay ($44) just to save 50 shekel.
There are other packages that cost more but ship free that are closer to worth it.

Granted. The chiddush was that it was cheaper than Israeli stores.
When they introduced the  tax (almost exactly a year ago), I heard people saying that Amazon would be cheaper. However, I researched it thoroughly and found it not to be the case. (Maybe they were shopping in the wrong Israeli stores.)
In general, deals on Amazon are good if they are small enough to be included in Amazon's free shipping category and also cheap enough to not incur a 18% tax. Amazon usually makes it "out of stock" if you try to ship to EY, but sometimes it is allowed and I have saved good money.
But not here.... sigh... At least the new government has promised to abort the tax. We'll see.

I wouldn’t say “Amazon is making it OOS”. They probably have select/separate warehouses for the shipping to Israel and it isn’t necessarily the same inventory available to a specific US zip code.
