Heard from a friend that told his wife on Chanukah to make him scrambled eggs instead of beef. Claimed that it’s more expensive…..

but in the food industry it's all by weight. Even liquid measurements. Just adds more fun to the job

Current wholesale cost is $3.58-$3.62, according to USDA daily report. That's not bad for a loss leader.
