I use it for a family member that has egg allergy. Most egg substitute are made from eggs. This is one of the few that is completely vegan. It works pretty well as a substitute in recipes. Never tried it plain (scrambled)

For some reason the last  batch of Costco 5 dozen eggs were tiny. More like medium than large @ 3.29 a dozen. I guess the suppliers have to cut somewhere. Meanwhile Bingo still has extra large for 2.99

Compared to costco the Bingo extra large looked like Ostrich eggs.

except Costco can be purchased from home anywhere in the country as opposed to Bingo must be purchased in store , BP, Lkwd, Monsey

I would imagine it is location based. It was for one brand only if XL the rest were the same as elsewhere
