Chapter 13 Bankruptcy
« on: January 09, 2023, 09:31:01 AM »
I have been approved for 2 Chase business cards but have been denied for the Reserve due to them telling me I have a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy on my Experian credit report. The issue is that I have never had such a bankruptcy- my credit score is in the 800s & Most strangely when I look at my Experian credit report NO such bankruptcy is there. Any insights???

Doesnt chapter 13 mean payment plan to reduce debt.
It is not like chapter 11 - did you have something like that recently?

Why does a business advertise as Gemach?
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

Why does a business advertise as Gemach?

They started off doing good and ended up doing well.
