Yes. It is only 1 per account. I happen to have 2 global entry credits from 2 different cards (this and the Aeroplan card) so I am including it in the price. x 2.

Creating PP account in the name of buyer through the Capital One link, put in the card number and buyer's info and he will get PP card in mail (or can use app).
Similiar idea for the Prez status.

It shows on Credit Report, I didn't provide social for my wife on my card, nor mine on hers and both cards show up on our credit reports.

You will get 1 year of Priority Pass, Hertz Prez, and a Global Entry Credit (Valid for 4 years) (I have 2 credits... One from the Venture X and one from a different card).

Option to renew after the end of 1 Year.

You won't get the physical card. I will send it to my own address and then add you to PP and Hert Prez.
I already did it to 2 others and it worked flawlessly.

No SSN needed.

FYI you can limit AU spending allowance and even lock their card.
This way you can sell someone the physical card as well so they can use it for plaza premium lounges.
