My advice is to avoid.
The processor is barely better at full tilt than an i3 from the last generation. The Ryzen 3 from the 4th gen, which is now two gens old, outperforms this by a long shot. Also, it is terrible at power efficiency and thus, battery life. For $380 you can do much better.
(On the other hand, it is not that the computer won't work. It should still be sufficient for office work - just you can do better easily.)
