The drawback of Verizon is that it requires autopay with a bank account, so I would be forgoing any CC discounts/benefits (unless I do manual workarounds every month, as long as those still work).

That’s not bad at all, even if it’s $35 that would still be $22 a line!!

Basically, $13.89 monthly BYOD credit for 3 years on all plans, then the credit goes away.

Device subsidies on T-mobile are much sweeter than $13.89 a month, and likely more valuable than $13.89 a month on Verizon plans too. Maybe BYOD is the major carriers’ plan to raise ARPU, T-mobile’s last free line was BYOD as well.

Nice. T-mobile does, and as long as you’re set to autopay you get their $5/month/line (up to 8 lines and $40/month) autopay discount on qualifying plans.
