Refunding return flight portion of a ticket

I searched and couldn't find an answer to this one.... If I buy a fully refundable ticket, fly the outbound potion and need to cancel the return flight, am I eligible for a refund for the return leg? If so, how is the refund amount calculated? I checked the fare conditions and I'm not seeing anything about this. This would be on TAP Air if it matters.

I booked a multi city flight because it was cheaper than a direct flight (hidden city technique but with a multi city flight from a different airport). The last leg of the flight which i dont need anymore is delayed and United offered me a one time flight change or refund. Am i able to get a refund for just that leg of the ticket?
