Amex screwed up!

Friday Morning I got a call from Amex CS in the fraud department. They asked me if I authorized a charge of $3,330 in an Apple store in London. I told them absolutely not, I live in NY and have never in my life have I been to London. They told me not to worry because they did not let the transaction go through as they thought it was fraudulent. My card was cancelled and they sent me a new one

This morning I checked my account online and I was charged the $3,330!!!

I am on the phone now with Amex trying to resolve this.
I hope I am worrying for nothing.

Any input on how to deal with this would be helpful

these guys got off with a few mac books and a couple ipad2 hmmmm getting jealous lol but no worries for u mate you aiint responsible for that when ever you dispute a charge amex has it on the account but you are not responsible to pay until they close the review so just chill
