All diamonds start with a dark brown color and it takes millions of years of high pressure high temperature to change its color from brown to white or any colored diamonds such as pink yellow etc,

This HPHT process does it in a few hours, so yes the diamond is natural but the color has been changed by a treatment that mimics the process in the earths core .
