I see the mention but no article there which I guess is why it did not pop up when I searched before posting.Any recommendations for something that has a similar density and taste to Shatzer?
Pupa tzelem. We like the 1/2 whole wheat 1/2 regular blend.
you gotta strike the balance, too thin are good for the elderly, too thick is good for matzha coffee, it needs to be thick enough to taste and thin enough to chew

I did not see the blend
I did not see the blend, but did make the trip and purchased yesterday BH. Thank you everyone for your input.
According to them all are a blend. IIRC the difference is 60/40 vs 40/60
Shame. If we get it in CLE I'm sure it's available in NYC too.
I'd assume 100% WW isn't a blend...
At Pupa Tzelem they only list 2 types
Maybe it special for CLE then https://www.localjewishnews.com/2023/02/13/rav-blums-matzah-6/
I imagine a chabura can do that. Are you sure that all are from PT?
