Planning my first trip to Israel from Tampa. Long distance travel is hard so I need to make it the most comfortable experience possible.
Therefore, flying business class.
Looking at flights that have the shortest flight times and most ideal landing/take off times (important so that I acclimate to time zones as easily as possible), I see the best options are United and El Al.
The reviews for Polaris are everywhere but I don't see anything about El Al in comparison.
For a long-time, I recall reading that everybody was slamming El Al for their lack of customer service during covid refunds but I don't recall discussions about the service/experience itself. Comfort in business class or On-time history.
Would somebody please comment?
