Amtrak Guest Rewards CC

I tried searching, but the most recent thread about Amtrak seems to be 5+ years old.

Living in MD, it would be nice to have direct options for going up to NYC without a car.

I received an offer to get the Amtrak Guest Rewards CC (which looks like is issued by First National Bank of Omaha).

$1000 spending in 90 days gets you (only listing a few): 20,000 bonus points, one-class upgrade, station lounge pass, and what would be most valuable to me: a round-trip companion coupon.

Does anyone else have this card? Do you only get one round-trip coupon per year or can it be used multiple times? What is a station lounge? I haven't seen one in NY or in MD. And what is the points value...i.e. is this a worthwhile card?

It's not a great offer, BofA used to have much better. The companion coupon can be valuable say for last minute acela which is quite expensive. It is only one coupon.
Same for one class upgrade, it's not too valuable.
I would wait for a better offer.
