Amazon not honouring deal!

Hi,

Has anyone encountered this type of thing before?

I bought this deal on Dec 23 https://www.dansdeals.com/shopping-deals/amazon/72-pack-carlisle-stackable-shatter-resistant-plastic-16oz-tumblers-11-93-amazon-47-price-drop/ after several months of delays and notifications from Amazon, the box arrived containing just one tumbler rather than the full 72 set, but was charged for the full sale price of the 72 tumblers. The listing has obviously been changed in between when I purchased and the actual delivery. Amazon are refusing to honour the deal and are only willing to give a refund.
