Mobile Depositi for Echecks - stopped working?

I regularly receive echecks and have successfully deposited them in both my Chase and TD accounts. I have two checks now and have not been able to deposit at either bank. I tried reprinting then on another printer but that did not help. Have those banks changed their policy regarding e-checks? Could there be some setting on my iPhone camera that lowered the quality of the photo? Any suggestions?

I did one last week with chase.

Regular printing omitted the account info on the bottom so of course it errored out, so I printed to PDF and then printed normally and it worked fine.

My printouts include the numbers on the bottom. I assume that is what you mean by "account info"? This is so strange, I have been doing this for years and have never had a problem.

I deposit them to Chase regularly, it can take 5-6 times for them to accept it though.

I just had this problem with Alliant CU yesterday. Moved to a room with natural light and it worked.

Haven't had issues, I don't print them, I just leave them on the computer and scan with my phone. (Life hack)

No sure if I follow. You mean if the check is not being deposited into the account of the person it was made out to? The checks in question are made out to me, and I endorsed the back.

Sometimes the layout or print quality of the reverse side can cause the deposit to error, since the main focus is always the face I'm pointing that out
