Booking a house now - on Airbnb its 6k, after messaging the host on Airbnb he directed me to their site
https://landmarkvacationhomes.com/ and is offering it for $1000 less. From clicking around it looks legit to me. Anything to be concerned about? They are also requesting a picture of my ID with CC used to verify its me.
Any reason not to book through their site? Attached a screenshot of the company name on Airbnb, Plenty of reviews...
