are credits counted toward sub for example the dell clear
just chatted with them they said no but read online yes so i am mixed up,,,,,,
any recent dp appreciated.

The minimum spend is NET spending.  So credits aren't counted.

Hilton I needed 4k spend. I did $4023 and $300 (airline and inkind) I received back in credits. So credits have no affect.
