Grand Hyatt Playa del Carmen Cancun

So I booked Grand Hyatt Playa del Carmen with Points and my wife arrived earlier than me, her name was on the reservation,  I did check-in from my app, but she didn't have any way that she can use the app and checked in, So she went to front desk, The person that checked her in was very nasty to say the least and  made her issues and she was told that when I come I need to come to check in, when I arrived and showed up to frond desk the guy had no clue what I wanted he said were all good, now after checking out the hotel is charging me cash rate on my credit card.. I tried calling the hotel there is no one to speak to, But worse than that is I called Hyatt customer relations and they are basically saying they cant do anything i need to speak to the hotel  as much as I stressed I had a point reservation it doesn't help is there anyone here that has any advice I would appreciate.
