Bonvoy account not activating

I got approved for the Bonvoy boundless card a week ago and just received the card. Now I want to signup for a Bonvoy account so I called chase and they told me my Bonvoy membership number but when I called marriot they said that number doesn’t exist so they said I should create a new account with marriot and then I will be able to transfer my number that chase gave me, but when I try signing up for a new account with my email it says my email is already in use with marriot and when I called marriot they said they don’t have my email in their system and I even tried making an account over the phone on marriot and they said my email is already in the system… any ideas what to do?

Did you try resetting the password using the email already in the system?

Yes and it says no access for online account
