I ordered a Patis GC with that promotion a while ago, it says it was delivered but is nowhere to be found. (I wasn't home at the time)
Is there anything I can do about it?

I had an issue - got the delivery but there was no card inside, just a receipt.  I reached out via customer service and they said that they can only help you within 48 hours of the order, even if you scheduled delivery (so your window could be even shorter than 48 hours from delivery).  So if you have an issue, seems to me the most important thing is to reach out right away.

Usually it does. I've done it many times to use the code for a pre order just make sure you don't change the order bc then you'll need to go through the payment again & you won't have the code
