Is the store made whole if any issues occur during delivery? I wasn't billed for two of my orders because the courier's app kept on freezing up after processing ID, so he called Uber support and the only way they were able to reset his route was by canceling the two pending open orders he had delivered to me from his queue. That caused a refund to be issued to me, but I don't want my local wine guy to take the hit (and I really want the courier to get his tip- he had a busy night...)
