Can I order an Extra Seat on ELAL website, if so how?

making the first name of the ticket EXTRASEAT with your last name.

This usually works however some airlines clearly state that if the flight is oversold they will use it and refund that seat
If every flight is still going out full with people leaving (and they have that policy) good luck
