simple solution....
1. Gargle water when sitting on a lit stove
2. Blow torch. Only problem with that is eating צלי on ליל הסדר

You joke, but my orthodontist complained to my father that he had a patient, a young teenage girl, who suddenly became very angry about her dental work. He found out that when Pesach came, her parents figured if they couldn't kasher her braces that would make everything chametz. So they made her eat separately from the family using disposables (in South Africa disposables are almost unheard of).

Since we don't mish on Pesach I do a sort of איינפאסטן on all the non-homemade chips/cookies/cheesesnacks I'll miss the next 7 days. 

Younger kids can eat Matzo as well.

I don't have an exact recipe as I mostly do freestyle and it is based on the limited ingredients we use

- Mix dark and light ground chicken
- Eggs
- Cooked potatoes
- Cooked Carrots
- Potato Starch
- Salt
- Sugar
- Sauteed Onions
- Charif (aka Tomato Dip, we started adding this too many recipes last year)

Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well, preheat oil in frying pan, fry on both sides until well done.
