They are only slightly lighter than the ones with small 12v batteries and much less powwerful.

Are you saying it's useless?
Weight isn't such a big deal unless your using all day.
Before my current DeWalt set I had a drill probably double the weight and managed just fine.

MUCH lighter and of course the price range. Don't compare it to a drill, compare it to a screwdriver. I also have a 20V Dewalt drill but I keep this handy in a drawer and find myself using it so often.

The one I use is actually this which I bought for $19.
