Item listed on Amazon very cheap, with Prime shipping and returns

I am looking to buy a certain item, and see it listed on Amazon for $130 with free Prime Shipping and returns (3rd party seller).

When I click on the seller to see details, not many reviews, and most items seem to be of a totally different line (and price range).

Is it worth the effort/risk (what is the risk?) to order for the odd chance that I might actually get the right item for this price (showing 3 in stock).

I almost hit the buy button and then I started getting suspicious about the price (it was lower than a similar but larger item), which is when I noticed that it is a 3rd party seller.

It's not a consumer item. There are 0 reviews. And I now see an even lower price from Amazon warehouse "Used - Very Good" (it is a consumable item).

If it's fulfilled by Amazon, I'd give it a shot. It's very possible it's a random item the seller had lying around or got a great closeout on and wants to get rid of, so he stuck it on Amazon. The seller doesn't sound like a major business.

If you don't care about repackaging I would buy the Warehouse item. Otherwise if it is FBA buy the cheaper one.

I am wondering if given the way the 3rd party seller price line slopes with the "Used" sloping below, if the "Used" is simply the 3rd party items being returned and relisted.

Would Amazon list a warehouse item using a wrong UPC?

To put the price into perspective, narrower versions of this tape are available on Amazon as singles for about $15/roll (slightly less with S&S). And as you can see the regular bulk price for this is over $10/roll.

I would buy Warehouse on this. Not type of item that you care about packaging, and also not really type of item that can be returned used and damaged.
