Amazon lockout

Hi guys,

I have been locked out of Amazon for 2 weeks they wouldn’t even talk to me over the phone!
Does anyone have experience with these type of Amazon issues??

Not a seller, A regular buyer with lots of buying group purchases and gift cards etc many CCs and many different shipping and billing addresses.

True, there are many undelivered items, but they are all legitimate claims.

Buying BG items with GC is a known red flag

They’ve done the same thing to me on multiple accounts over the past few months. Closing the count after using gift cards. They ask to verify the cards I send them pictures of gift card being received to my email and they say sorry not enough information. I’ve lost thousands of dollars from them. I’m thinking of suing in a small claims court

I had similar, where even after I emailed them proof of purchase they wouldn't reply to me...
But even though the email said the GCs were being "confiscated", the balance was still there on my amazon account and I was able to use them. I would check your account GC balance.

I actually contacted a few law firms about a class action lawsuit (Amazon invalidating GC illegally is nothing new. Just google it and read some of the reddit forums...), but all of them said this isn't their area of expertise, although one of them said I definitely have a good case...
I forgot about it after a bit.
If you want to get something going, I'm all in.

Hey, my amazon account has been put on hold for "suspected unauthorized activity". I have gotten this before and usually a phone call to verify the account info and activity gets the account unlocked right away. This time however, they say that it needs to be unlocked by account specialist and I should wait 24 hours to receive email that account has been reinstated. I then get an email hours later following the phone call from account specialist saying account has been compromised and a new password is needed with other suggestions on keeping account safe etc. The problem is that when I attempt to log in and do that, I keep getting the same error message that the account was put on hold for protection and I should contact customer support for assistance. This has been going on for over a week and many phone calls. Amazon account specialist dept is not reachable by phone and I'm at a loss how to regain access to my account. Does anyone have any ideas for me? TIA

I'm not a seller, and nothing different going on recently and it is not a new account. I do purchase for buying group and did make a big purchase that day which is what likely created this, but this has happened many times before and the verification always has helped. There seems to be no issue with amazon abuse or the like, just a hold to ensure no unauthorized activity has been done. But I have been unable to regain access after calling to verify etc...

Have a rep chat internally with the ''Amazon account specialist dept'' while your on the phone sometimes they can work it out
