i had a sp visa. did a new app for the mc. got a letter asking if i wanted this card being that i have the visa version. called the 800# on the letter & explaned why i perfered the mc and they could use the line of credit from the visa for the new mc. after receiving the mc and loginig in to my account i realized they did a product switch only from visa to mc, ie. no point bonus , or annual fee waver!!! when i called back to clarify that this was a new app, i was told this is an identical product but was has a choice of visa or mc.any ideas how to fix??? thanks
