Going with the wifey for 10 days to israel in May. Haven’t been there in 13 years. Looking for someone  who can plan the entire trip for us from start to finish but also not break the bank. Any suggestions or recommendations welcome…..TYIA

Need advice on an itinerary.  First time visitors this June  2 adults, 1 child age 7

Initial plan is:
Fly into Tel Aviv and 3 nights at American Colony SLH Hotel in Jerusalem.  Do some day trips to Red Sea, religious sites etc.
-Then 1 night Tel Aviv beach area
-Early morning fly to Amman, Jordan
-1 night Grand Hyatt Amman
-1 night Glamping Wadi Rum/Pertra
-1 night Grand Hyatt Amman

Day Tours to Petra from Israel seemed to take an entire day and that’s too long to be on the road with a 7 year old. And we couldn’t find a tour operator who would start in Israel and drop us off in Amman.  They would just refer us to transfer partners. Didn’t want to drag luggage thru the desert etc.   

I guess I could always rent a car and drive myself?  Crazy idea?
