I use two hagados.
HGS"P Halayla Hazeh by Rav Mandelbuam from Sanhedria (mashgiach by Rav T Kushelevsky, I believe)
The theme of his hagada is (based on theMalbim, Gra, and Maharal??) showing how the entire magid is a unified structure following the order of the pasuk "והגדת לבנך".

HGS"P Otzar Meforshei Hahagada by Rav Weiss from Antwerp/Stamford Hill.
This is a masterwork. He went through over 800! haggados and collected every single pirush al derech hapshat. It is well organized with many "sidebars" for classic questions like "why four cups", "why do we not make a bracha on magid"

The vort I will share is on Avadim hayinu:
why does it mean that if we were not redeemed, we would still be slave to paroh in mitzroyim? Hello, there's been a lot of water under the bridge since then, why would we not has gone free in the meantime?
So my mother always says in the name of Rav Schwab, that HKB"H created the concept of slaves going free when the yidden went free, until then there was no such idea. If we would not gone free, the US slave would not have been freed in 1865.
This year I saw in the HGS"P Otzar Meforshei Hahagada, that the shem mishmuel says that the

This is a fascinatingly brilliant and equally simple thing, yet I've told it over to tens of people of the last decade and NONE of them ever thought of it, nor heard of it, before.

I heard that it's in the Malbim Haggadah, but I have not found it inside yet. Do you know where I can find it. (I heard it originally, but never read it.)

Only 30k?
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

Being that i have 8 kids under Bar/Bas Mitzva I don't use any Haggadah. I focus on trying to keep the kids interested and engaged as much as possible with Poshut Pshat/basic translation. Whatever the kids ask is good.

Yes, but sold with a plastic wrapping (bought one too).
I have had from 5* rated Rabbanim that the actual Haggadah was no success.
Hope for the best.

A must is the Hakdamah on the Haggadah by the Malbim. (Note: not printed in every Haggadah!).

It explains how the seemingly totally awkward order in the Haggadah makes perfect sense.

If there is demand for it here, I shall try to post.

To prepare, the Maaseh Nissim Hagadah from the Nesivos. During the Seder, mainly The Children's Hagadah with my daughter (although I have the Maaseh Nissim on hand, for harder questions)
Small people talk about other people.
Average people talk about things
BIG PEOPLE TALK ABOUT IDEAS.

I see that my whole post did't post for some reason, so heres the shem m'shmuels vort
Every nation's success as a world power is directly dependent on the presence of klal yisroel in the country. When the yidden leave the country, the country retreast to be a second rate power if anything at all. (look at history, its basicaly always true)
If HKBH would not have taken us out then, and we would have fallen to the 50th level of tumah, than we would have never been redeemed. So we would never have left.
Therefore, Egypt would still be the world power, rulled by pharoes, and we would still be slaves.

It seems that the Malbim was not the author of the hagada but rather that it was written using his mehalech. See discussion about that here http://forum.otzar.org/viewtopic.php?t=6289&start=80

They claim that this is what it says in the Russian words here.

Here you see the cover, so you can easily identify if you want to buy this Hagada.

The Pashtus of my upload of the Hakdama is signature Malbim.

I believe one that takes the time to learn this, will not understand how he made the Seder until now.
