Very weird ones as usual. Some parts I can trace back to recent events (i.e. looking to buy towels) others I can't. This will be long.

First was about me going into the back of a store with a store employee to look for some towels that I wanted to buy that weren't on the shelf.

Some government official came around to do a check. He thought I was an employee so he asked me a question (I don't remember what) I said I'd rather not answer because I knew he wouldn't believe me if I said I wasn't an employee. He said ok. Outside he asked me another seemingly innocent question. I was hesitant again if he was trying to trick me into saying something, so I said I don't want to answer.
Somehow him and his partner started chasing me (I'm not sure if the person was me at this point. It was 3rd person view at some point). Very weird chase, (I don't remember it all) somehow ended in a river with them catching the person. I don't remember if everyone drowned.

The alternative storyline also played out that the person escaped up the wall they were climbing (before he fell into the river), in to a cave with a whole bunch of big steps that had to be climbed up to the top. The second to last step there was a mother leopard and a baby leopard which killed the person.

Then the alternative to that played out. The person threw the leopards off the steps into the void below. Climbed up the top and came out of the cave into yerushalayim.

Second dream was about meeting someone I knew at my house. Somehow that turned into another story of me going someplace near my yeshiva. It then turned into shabbos afternoon and I didn't remember the way to get to my yeshiva. I only remembered the street nearby.
I was asking everyone how to get to that street. It was frustrating. I ended up in a Sephardi shul after walking throughout town. There someone knew how to get there but he wasn't actually going there. It was nighttime so I didn't want to walk alone. He went back in the shul to find someone who lives in the area. I'm pretty sure he found someone. Then I woke up.

At least he searched before opening a new thread. Major kudos for that.
And it never occurred to ME to search for a thread like this one before posting. I should have known that such a thread existed...

A mikva with very little water in it and a sign saying it was closed
to prevent the spread of a mafia infection that was going around.

Being at a Shabbos seuda (I think) hosted by a certain (non-Jewish) podcaster, with
his wife talking about how she'd been an actress for 12 years and not gotten paid.

Having a crocodile in my backyard. It was supposed to be there; the child
wasn't supposed to be in there trying to run away from it, and I told the
other nearby kids about how dangerous a thing this was to do.

When I reached what I thought would be the scene of the crocodile having
injured or killed the child, there was instead a child playing near a lion.
That got me to realize I was dreaming. I ran into my house and started calling
out about my being dreaming before quickly realizing that if I was dreaming,
other people weren't real and there was no point in telling them anything.
I then considered playing a solo game but realized that any
card I drew from a deck would be made up by my brain.

It's interesting how you were able to tell that you were dreaming. I've never had that by me.

It doesn't happen often. A couple of weeks ago, I thought after waking up that I ought to have
realized I was dreaming when getting into a car at night became daylight driving inside the car.
I've also remembered questioning whether I was dreaming and deciding I wasn't. :D

i once heard that in a dream text keeps changing so if you try reading a sign (or card) then look away and look back the text will change.
let me know if this works.

I really wasn't feeling well last night, and I went to sleep right after Maariv without supper (9PM) and slept through till the morning (~9 hours). Last stage woke me up from a dream (I kid you not) in which Dan and JJ (his face wasn't clear - I've never met him in person) and various hangers-on (no idea who they were) had flown together to the Carribean (no hurricanes, right?) to get various Post cereals for $1 each (they explained that the flight was free, after all). Dream progressed until they were accused at customs of taking the cereal out to sell them instead of for personal use... and various ridiculous explanations were being accepted one at a time. (Don't remember what.)
I guess last night was one for weird dreams.
