Was curious about this guy and looked him up, turns out he has impressive business experience (not without controversy). And while he’s only selling investment advice, I would stay away.

They filed 506b exemption in the past which prohibits advertising the offering to the public.

They do seem to own up to their losses. 2023 was a bad miss.

I delved a bit into the guy who runs it.
He grew up in the heart of Lakewood, and for the past few years has been based in Las Vegas. He (very) recently opened a Lakewood office and has started advertising targeting the frum/Lakewood community.

Why would someone who seemingly isn't part of the frum/Lakewood community anymore decide to target the community for clientele? Not quite a red flag, but it feels weird.


Also he's only 27 years old running his own fund. Though he claims he's been investing since he was 13. I personally know another wunderkind who did quite well 20+ years ago, but wunderkinds are exceptions.

As a business move, it's a no-brainer. I know of a concentrated community of people with a significant demographic who fit my ideal client. I also know where to effectively market to them (mags), and how to effectively appeal to them (numbers and a frum financial influencer). If you were him, would you do anything different?
