Time for some proper due diligence/ independent auditing in our communities

What is your obsession with Berkower? BB has an auditor - end of story! Why don't you take your millions and invest it with Eli Weinstein or Ari Bromberg and sell covid masks to Ukraine, while I continue to invest with BB.

At this point I wouldn’t call BB “Investing”.

You’re trying to answer some of the questions that were posed a couple of weeks ago, regarding possibly inappropriate advertising, calculations, names, and so on, but there’s no need to answer any of those questions now.
 
Those were all subsidiary questions, aimed at helping us answer the main question: Is this a firm we would trust with a significant chunk of our savings? 

I think I speak for other DDFers when I say that we already have our answer to that main question.
 
One can rewrite, edit, delete, recalculate and clean up some of the errors on paper, but once a series of red flags has aroused a sense of distrust, there’s no UNDO button.

You don't consider misrepresenting this information to be at least a red flag? Not sure why the alternative is Weinstein. There are many upfront shops that don't have either issue.

No obsession. Just giving him (and you) an opportunity to back up his claim that Berkower is his auditor.

The facts are they aren't. They were listed at a time they were negotiating or whatever and that fell through for some reason and was not disclosed or amended with the SEC until the sloppiness was exposed publicly. Is that malicious? I have no way of knowing at this time, but no reason to think it was. At the very least though, it is sloppy and playing games with disclosure rules to list someone not yet formally engaged on an SEC form. Lets not make it less than it is or more than it is.

David Lichtenstein never spoke to Blackbird or JS in his life. He didn't do any DD,,  nor does he care too, except call this clown on his show because  he was clearly running out of material for his podcast . He should have invited JS on his show to answer real questions  or concerns instead of BS..

1) I never met JS in my life. I don't know any of his brothers, especially the one who lives in my neighborhood or the one who was in my class.
2) I don't know anything about JS. Until I read this thread, I thought it stands for Just Shmooze. And I though BB stands for Bed Bath (before Beyond became a partner in the business), and I though BS stands for Ben Shapiro.
3) Prequin ranked BB at #27!
4) The "S" in "YitzyS" most definitely does not stand for Spinner.

In all seriousness, Yitzy Spinner's father is Yehuda Spinner, one of the most prominent frum saxophone player for decades. So even if JS's real name is Spinner (it's not), he still would not be able to be a son/nephew of Yitzy Spinner, as Yitzy's father is Yehuda.

JS went from beating the S&P 500 by 5% annually to beating Eli Weinstein. Hooray. But once we’re comparing, the only difference between JS and EW is that EW has more experience.

Comparing someone you nothing about, non has ever been found guilty of anything besides hiring an influencer ,to a known criminal , is a hater or worse.

Frankly, I would take it a step further and question why David Lichtenstein (who btw lost millions of investors dollars in his Extended Stay fiasco, while he came out way ahead) didn't even bother to question JS on his show, if he had such real concerns ,or is it beneath him to do some real due diligence?
