More likely they hired someone to do damage control and clean up Google results, and the dirty work got outsourced to Pakistan. I doubt the person who made this request has a license to practice law in the US, or that Spinner / Blackbird is even aware of the defamation claim filed.

What is your obsession with Berkower? BB has an auditor - end of story! Why don't you take your millions and invest it with Eli Weinstein or Ari Bromberg and sell covid masks to Ukraine, while I continue to invest with BB.
Fair and true and I get I don't want people to believe it right away I actually warned him that it's a tough time with people on edge but as someone who's been a friend of his since childhood and actually am invested by him it was hard to see the hate and was trying to help people out of they're shoes and see it as if it was someone they're close too
Actually, JS never claimed that he was audited by Berkower. In 2019 he and Berkower signed a letter of engagement to audit their 2020 numbers, and thus they were allowed to list Berkower as their auditor on their FactSheet, PPM and from ADV. At the start of 2021, JS decided not to complete the audit. The FactSheet that contained Berkower's name was from the start of 2021. As far as I can tell, there were no lies or deception.Furthermore, all of BB's performance figures are calculated by their 3rd party admin, not by JS as. DL would like you to believe. That's how you know his numbers are legit. The auditor is not needed to verify the accuracy of BB's performance.
Say whatever you want about JS but he's clearly extremely smart.
I have personally seen engagement letter from Blackbirds current auditor. Just because DL goes on record saying something does not mean he is correct .

Sure, based on information provided on DDF signup which per signup terms are owned by this site ownership, these members are Spinners and failed to disclose that when requested.
An ehrliche GP with yiras shomayim will obviate some of the issues above, but often doesn’t fit the persona of an aggressive risk taker who cuts corners with the bank, tenants, and government agencies to generate the track record that attracts LPs in the first place. When times are good it’s the guy who is willing to inflate occupancy to secure the loan on the partially accupied value add proposition (rampant in the industry) who will get the LTV and secure the financing he needs, not the guy who plays by the rules and is honest. It’s a bit of a catch 22.
