No, not to every for sure. But to some of the good ones. And I can buy a deal a day before. Also, refunds (to groupon bucks) take a second and seem to be not limited in time. So, I can buy it and see later if I need it.

You can only refund only if did not view the voucher. It just seats in your groupons and you print/ view when you want to use it. Or refund it.
