I've purchased a few tickets from them on chol hamoed only to realize on the day I was about to use it they canceled my order because of suspected fraud since the same credit card was used across multiple accounts.

   Tried everything nothing helped, as the tickets needed to be purchased the night before in order to be used the following day, all I came out with was a credit to use next time.

Since they switched to online only has been terrible. I have not found a way to call them, calling the number that I got from googling just directed me to the website.

Not the best, but very, very good IME. Whenever I had an issue they used to take care of me always, and usually went above and beyond.  Now I have a hard time getting a successful order through, nevermind using the voucher.
