Any Groupon experts with thoughts on this dilemma:
I bought a Groupon Event for a show. I couldn't make it that day to the show but it was too late to cancel. I called Groupon and they said they couldn't do anything, but I should try the ticket office. The ticket office said to call the day I wanted to go to the show and if they had enough tickets left, they would allow me to come that day. I called the office today about going tomorrow, and they said no problem, except now my Groupon voucher is unprintable since the date past. Groupon said they can send it to me, but it may take up to 3 days. Any thoughts? Should I buy a new ticket and dispute the old purchase? Anyone have similar experiences?
(If not, I hope this post can at least help someone else in this situation in the future).
