How does the groupon promise actually work? Will they really refund you if your not satisfied? Even if it's not their fault? From the site they make it seem like as long as your not upset about something clearly stated in the fine print, you can technically get a refund but is it really that simple?

They do have kosher products (cholov yisroel) at breakfast but not everything is kosher.
