Shoe laces for 10 cents

I went on amazon bc i needed some new white laces and found these for 10 cents with free next day prime shipping. not sure why so cheap but thought i'd share.

I don't understand why they couldn't include this with the original order and saved themselves a bit more than 10 cents.

Got this in the mail today, the QR doesn't seem to work..is it A'sacam?

They wanted to send it outside the Amazon ecosystem, note: they shouldn't have your home address for FBA orders.

They send all the time to please review. How can I know if the order was FBA?
It was definitely delivered by Amazon, I got no rush shipping credits for it
