Thanks, I see some programs that claim to offer it but doesnt work. Although they do translate from yiddish

I know someone who did it in English using Windows text-to-speech. Maybe if you transliterated it into English and fed that in?

Some vtt systems have ways of inputting special/custom pronunciations, don't remember much details offhand.
But that isn't necessarily taking the plain original text.
