Staten Island is a big place, so maybe specify.

Here's what I found so far:

Just daven vasikin in boropark (shomrei shabbos??). Should take no more than 15 minutes to get to Staten island early Sunday morning.

I confirmed with a local, there is a vasikin minyan in R' Pollack's shul 98 Rupert (in Willowbrook), daily, including Sundays. He's just not sure which room in the shul it is currently in, as the shul is undergoing some renovations and things are in different spots.

Thank you all for your suggestions/clarification.

My friend is participating in the 5 Boro Bike Tour which starts at 730 and they recommend getting there between 6-7. To be safe he wanted to be on SI for shacharis which was why he wanted to daven Vasikin there (yes I had suggested BP as a back up).
