It was on the phone for me. And you can lose one the seat if you cancel. They don't always come back into inventory.

Were you told on the phone that you were only going to lose the $2.50, or were you told $40, and were ok with that, and them were suprised to learn that it was only $2.50 each way. (im asking because I might not be ok with the $40, and dont want to tell them to go ahead and cancel, before I hear that it is $2.50.
So was he/she aware that its only $2.50 before she started the cancellation, or did both of you find out after the cancellation went through? Thanks!
